When do plants get posted

We only dispatch your orders through Tuesday till Thursday. This is so our team gets a great work life balance and also so your plants aren't left stuck in sorting centres over the weekend! Orders made Thursday onward will not be shipped until the following week.

How do we ship our products?

We use 24hr & 48hr tracked delivery by Royal Mail as our main courier. This is so we can offer you cheaper shipping, with peace of mind. These usually arrive within 1-2 days after dispatch but most of our Silver Rooters get them the next day! We also have a 1st class postage as an additional option for when your only shopping our smaller ranges like our fresh plant clippings and some of our dry goods.

How do I care for my new plant?

A full guided information sheet for your new plant care routine can be found on the listing for the product. Just scroll down and look for the care+ button below the product description. However if we do not stock the plant anymore or you just want some advice please feel free to email us to request a full PDF copy or contact us on our social media channels using handle @silverroots_uk.
